Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage manufacturing operations for home appliances, preferably with experience in Whirlpool products or similar brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, quality management, and team leadership to ensure effective, cost-effective, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end production operations for home appliance manufacturing.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and other productivity improvement practices.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, R&D;, and Procurement teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Lead, mentor,



and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. MBA (Operations) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations within the home appliance industry.
- Experience with Whirlpool or similar brands such as LG, Samsung, Haier, Godrej, Voltas, Daikin, Panasonic, or Blue Star is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, assembly lines, quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
