Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Oracle Unified Assurance (OUA) Developer to support the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of Oracle Unified Assurance solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior developers, architects, and operations teams to implement monitoring, event management, reporting, and automation solutions within telecom and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Oracle Unified Assurance components, workflows, and dashboards.
- Configure event processing, alarm correlation, and data collection mechanisms.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and analytics dashboards.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SNMP, Syslog, and web services.
- Support OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and related data platforms used by OUA.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance, data ingestion, and alarm processing issues.
- Create automation scripts using Python, Perl, Shell, or JavaScript.
- Participate in software testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Document configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with NOC, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand monitoring requirements.
- Support incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational improvements.
- Follow SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL preferred).
- Familiarity with Python, Perl, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.




- Understanding of networking fundamentals:
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- SNMP
- HTTP/HTTPS
- Syslog

- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
