Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Identify recent business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

- 7-10 years of experience in sales.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the field related to paints & the company's needs are more preferred.

Salary

- ₹35,000-50,000 PER MONTH, depending on experience, industry, and location.
- Performance-based incentives, bonuses, and other company benefits may be offered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
