Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with a professional approach
- Passion for sales and customer relationship management
- Ready to work in a quick-paced real estate environment
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert sales leads
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
