Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave, and performance management. Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Coordinate employee engagement and training programs. Eligibility MBA (HR) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field. 4-10 years of experience as an HR Manager. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Positive knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labour laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
