We are looking for energetic and smart individuals to join as Medical representativetrainee )*. The role involves meeting doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare clients to promote our products, build strong relationships, and generate sales. Incentives and commissions will be paid In addition to the monthly salary based on the performance.*

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals regularly to promote Axiom Pharma products.
- Build rapport and maintain valuable relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability in the market.
- Provide feedback from the field about customer needs and competitor activity.
- Maintain daily records of visits and sales performance.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary).
- No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.




- Must be smart, confident, and good at communication.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler license and own bike is mandatory.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Career Growth

Successful Trainees will be confirmed as marketing/sales executives and will have opportunities to grow into Area Sales Manager and other leadership roles within Axiom Pharma.
