HR Executive –with Automobile Industry experience | 2–5 Years Experience
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll support.
- Employee records and HR documentation.
- Employee relations and grievance handling.
- Labor law and statutory compliance.
- Performance appraisal and training coordination.
- HRMS data management and MIS reporting.
- Exit formalities and full employee lifecycle management.
- Contract labor coordination and shop-floor HR support.
- Employee engagement and welfare activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
