We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Catcher to engage with walk-in visitors and prospects at project sites. The Catcher will be responsible for greeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, introducing them to the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from arrival to site visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in clients at the project site.
- Approach and interact with potential customers professionally.
- Understand basic customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Introduce qualified prospects to the Sales Executive or Relationship Manager.
- Maintain a record of walk-ins and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate site visits and assist customers during the initial interaction.
- Explain basic project highlights, amenities, and location benefits.
- Ensure visitors receive a positive and professional first impression.
- Follow up with interested prospects when required.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/site area.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to initiate conversations confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Comfortable working at project sites.
- Willing to work on weekends (weekly off on a weekday).
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while interacting with visitors.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in front desk, customer relations, telecalling, or real estate sales support.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
