We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Curriculum & Content Development Specialist to design, structure, and manage high-quality learning content for technical training programs. The candidate will work closely with OEM partners, industry experts, and internal teams to create industry-aligned curriculum frameworks and ensure timely delivery of course materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate structured curriculum and detailed training content for various technical programs
- Collaborate with OEM partners, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to align course content with current industry standards
- Create lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, lab manuals, and supporting learning materials
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of course materials as per program rollout timelines
- Maintain consistency and standardization across all training content and curriculum frameworks
- Review, update, and improve existing course content periodically based on industry trends and feedback
- Coordinate with internal academic and training teams for smooth implementation of programs
- Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and learner engagement in all content developed
- Support new program launches with curriculum planning and documentation
Required Skills
- Strong curriculum planning and content development skills
- Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities
- Good understanding of engineering and emerging technology domains
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in technical training, education, or learning program development
- Exposure to industry certification programs or OEM-based curriculum development
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies is an added advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
