Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprenticeship Trainees to join our API Manufacturing Plant in the Research & Development (R&D;), Quality Control (QC), and Production departments. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory operations, quality systems, and production processes while working in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Development (R&D;)

- Assist in API process development and process optimization activities.
- Support laboratory experiments, sample preparation, and analytical testing.
- Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation.
- Assist in technology transfer and process validation activities.
- Follow laboratory safety and cGMP guidelines.

Quality Control (QC)

- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.
- Assist in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and other analytical equipment.
- Record test results and maintain laboratory documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Support calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Production

- Assist in API manufacturing operations under the guidance of senior personnel.
- Support equipment operation,



cleaning, and batch manufacturing activities.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain batch records.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, EHS, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

Diploma or Bachelor's/M.sc degree in:

- Organic Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Freshers and eligible Apprenticeship candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should possess a learning mindset and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory practices.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and Good Documentation Practices is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
