Location: Apollo Dental Clinic, Electronic City Phase 2, Ananth Nagar, Bengaluru

Position: Dental Coordinator (BDS)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: BDS (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹25000 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking dental consultation.

* Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge and assist in identifying and understanding dental conditions to facilitate appropriate treatment planning.

* Coordinate appointments, treatment plans, and follow-ups with resident dentists and visiting consultants

* Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, the front office, and support staff.

* Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and departmental reports.

* Monitor patient flow and ensure an excellent patient experience.

* Coordinate daily clinical operations and support effective team management.

* Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, documentation standards,



and quality processes.

* Work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure efficient departmental functioning.

Skills Required

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to perform preliminary dental assessments and understand common dental conditions.

* Good understanding of dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient counselling

* Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

* Valuable documentation and record management skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

* Patient-centric approach with strong attention to detail.
