Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing brand partnerships, and closing influencer marketing and artist booking campaigns. The ideal candidate is a robust communicator with experience in B2B sales, influencer marketing, talent management, or business development.

Key Responsibilites:

- Generate and convert current business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right influencers, artists, or celebrities.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns and artist bookings from initiation to successful execution.
- Coordinate with influencers, artists, talent managers,



and internal teams.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, creator economy, and entertainment marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Influencer Marketing, Artist Management, Talent Partnerships, Event Sales, or related fields
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for entertainment, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations
