Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting enterprise clients.
- Manage campaign budgets, optimize ROI, and report performance.
- Improve conversion funnels through landing page optimization and A/B testing.

Lead Generation & Growth

- Own the full marketing funnel from lead generation to nurturing and conversion.
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, and support client retention and upselling.

International Marketing (China Focus)

- Develop strategies to acquire clients in China using channels like WeChat, Baidu, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu.
- Localize campaigns for Chinese and global entertainment businesses.

Brand & Digital Presence

- Build and maintain Sukudo's brand across website, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
- Manage SEO, website updates (Framer), and AI-driven marketing initiatives including AEO and GEO.

Innovation

- Explore AI-powered advertising, automation,



and emerging digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- 6+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with proven ROI.
- Experience targeting international markets, especially China.
- Knowledge of SEO, GA4, CRM tools, marketing automation, Framer (or similar), AEO, and GEO.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills.
- Willing to work from our Tagore Garden, Recent Delhi office.

Nice to Have

- Experience in entertainment, media, localization, or dubbing.
- Mandarin proficiency or experience working with Chinese platforms.
- Experience with YouTube/creator economy.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
