Key Responsibilities

l Identify and develop new business opportunities for software and SaaS solutions.

l Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and direct sales activities.

l Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

l Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements, and successfully close business deals.

l Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

l Deliver exceptional client servicing and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

l Recruit, train, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.

l Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and drive consistent business results.

l Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client onboarding.

l Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

l Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications & Requirements





l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

l Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software, SaaS, or B2B Sales & Marketing.

l Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

l Experience in building, leading, and managing high-performing sales teams.

l Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

l Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

l Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.

l Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

l Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
