Job Title: Accountant – Outsourcing (Virtual CFO Services)

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our Outsourcing & Virtual CFO (VCFO) practice. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliances, MIS reporting, and supporting clients in their day-to-day finance operations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Process journal entries, month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare cash flow statements, budgets, and financial projections.
- Assist clients with payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor client financial performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of client assignments while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA.
- 5- 7 years of experience in accounting,



finance, or outsourcing services.
- Experience in a CA firm or accounting outsourcing setting is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and bookkeeping principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP).
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
