As part of our growing project execution team, we are looking to onboard a dedicated Site Supervisor to support finishing works execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project milestones.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with experience in finishing works execution within residential and commercial real estate projects. The individual will be responsible for supervising day-to-day finishing activities, coordinating with contractors and site teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining progress records.

The role requires strong on-site coordination skills, the ability to monitor workmanship, and a commitment to safety, quality, and timely completion of activities.

Working Style: 6 Days Working — On-site, Full time

Compensation: based on experience and suitability

Education Requirement:

· Graduate with ITI (Civil Construction) or Diploma (Civil) / Junior Civil Engineer

Experience Required:

· 2–3 years of experience in construction execution, preferably in finishing works

· Experience in residential and commercial building projects preferred

· Exposure to finishing activities such as plastering, tile work, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and related works

· Experience in contractor and manpower coordination preferred

Technical Skills Required

· Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings

· Understanding of finishing quality standards and workmanship requirements

· Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)

· MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Site measurement and progress tracking





· Daily reporting and documentation

· Basic material tracking and consumption monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Technical Oversight

· Supervise finishing activities such as plaster, tile work, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and related works

· Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

· Monitor workmanship and ensure timely completion of assigned activities

· Verify work progress and identify issues impacting execution

Manpower & Contractor Coordination

· Monitor manpower deployment and productivity

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution

· Ensure availability of required resources for planned activities

· Support resolution of site execution issues through coordination with project stakeholders

Planning, Progress & Reporting

· Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records

· Track activity-wise progress against planned targets

· Maintain documentation related to site activities and work status

· Report delays, risks, and site observations to reporting managers

Quality Safety & Housekeeping

· Ensure quality standards are maintained across all finishing activities

· Ensure compliance with site safety requirements

· Promote good housekeeping practices at work locations

· Support implementation of quality and safety initiatives at site
