The Talent Development Programs Coordinator will be responsible for aiding in the planning and execution of training programs for Interns, Analysts and Associates. This individual will collaborate with the Program Managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to execute development programs for incoming and existing employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing of rosters, mail groups, and reports
- Internal speaker and external vendor scheduling
- Calendar maintenance
- Preparing training materials for distribution
- Creation and review of feedback surveys
- Catering and event planning
- Space management and room setup
- Cost tracking/budget reconciliation
- Performing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of development programs
Education, Experience, Knowledge,
and Skills:
- Valuable excel skills and data analysis ability
- Program Management experience is a plus
- Detail orientated with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix management structure
