We're hiring a Video Content Creator who can ideate and execute compelling video across formats. Your primary focus will be short-form — Reels, Shorts-style content published consistently across our channels. Alongside that, you'll produce occasional long-form content for YouTube: brand films, styling guides, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes pieces that go deeper into who we are and how we work.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can turn a product, a customer moment, or a trend into content that stops the scroll — and, when it counts, into a longer story that holds attention for minutes, not seconds.

Consistency is the heart of this job. On short-form, we're not looking for one viral hit — we're looking for someone who can reliably deliver a steady stream of high-quality content week after week. On long-form, we're looking for quality and craft on a less frequent cadence.

What You'll Do

- Ideate and execute original short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) tied to our collections, styling ideas, occasions, and trends — this is the bulk of the role
- Maintain a consistent posting rhythm across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels
- Produce occasional long-form YouTube content — brand films, styling guides, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes features
- Shoot and edit end to end: script, film, edit, caption
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats,



and hooks, and adapt them to our brand voice
- Collaborate with the styling and marketing team on shoots and campaigns
- Track what's working across both formats and use it to sharpen the next round

What We're Looking For

- A portfolio showing both short-form videos and at least one longer-form piece you've conceived and edited yourself
- Solid short-form instincts — aesthetics, pacing, and an eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- Storytelling ability for longer edits — structure, narrative, and holding attention
- Fluency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and mobile-first shooting
- Self-driven and dependable — able to plan, batch, and ship content on a schedule without being chased
- Comfortable on-set and, ideally, on-camera
- Interest in fashion, styling, or lifestyle content is a big plus

Nice to Have

- Experience creating content for a fashion, retail, or D2C brand
- Basic graphic design or motion skills
- Understanding of social growth and engagement metrics

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
