We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various tests, transfusions, donations, or research. The role requires excellent patient care, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Ensure correct patient identification, labeling, and handling of all specimens.
- Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with infection control protocols.
- Safely store and transport specimens to laboratories for analysis.
- Reassure and guide patients to reduce anxiety or discomfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and procedures.




- Follow strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Support medical staff in diagnostic and clinical procedures as required.

Skills

- Prior experience as a phlebotomist or in a clinical laboratory (advantageous).
- Knowledge of venipuncture, specimen handling, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
