Overview:
As a project coordinator at Techvizo, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating web development projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with developers, designers, and clients to ensure timely and successful execution of website projects.
Roles and Responsiblities:
- Coordinate and monitor website development projects from start to finish.
- Assist in planning project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to internal teams and clients.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Schedule and lead meetings with clients and team members.
- Conduct quality checks and gather feedback during and after project delivery.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of website development processes (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, SEO basics, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
