We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounts and documentation for our signage and advertising business.

The candidate will be responsible for handling accounts of multiple firms, maintaining stock records, preparing quotations, and managing tender/RFP documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounts and bookkeeping for 4 firms
- Maintain stock inwards and outwards records
- Manage billing, entries, and reconciliation in Tally
- Prepare quotations and documentation
- Fill and submit RFPs (Request for Proposals)
- Handle tender submissions and related paperwork
- Maintain organized documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Positive command over MS Word and PowerPoint
- Valuable documentation and organizational skills




- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in accounting and operations
- Experience with tender submissions and quotation handling preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
