About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven On-Page SEO Specialist to join the Sentius team. You will work across multiple client accounts supporting our strategy-first approach to digital performance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on agency experience, a strong grasp of on-page SEO best practices, and is up to date with emerging disciplines including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-Indexability Optimization (AIO).

Key Responsibilities

- Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-Indexability Optimization (AIO) techniques to improve content visibility across AI-driven and traditional search results
- Conduct keyword research and assist in developing on-page SEO strategies
- Optimize web page elements — titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and structured data markup (schema.org)
- Perform content audits and identify opportunities for improvement, including E-E-A-T alignment and AI-readability
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Support internal linking structure reviews and content optimization efforts
- Analyse competitor websites and report on organic search and AI search trends




- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to the team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, BCA, BSc, MCA, MBA, or a related field
- 1 year of SEO experience gained within a digital marketing agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing on-page SEO across multiple client websites simultaneously
- Awareness of how AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) surface content, and a basic understanding of GEO, AEO, and AIO principles
- Basic understanding of how search engines work and SEO fundamentals
- Positive written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to evolving digital trends

Nice to Have

- Exposure to SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
- Familiarity with GEO, AEO, and AIO strategies — including structured data, E-E-A-T signals, answer engine optimisation, and AI citation frameworks
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Understanding of social media and content marketing principles
