Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and generate quality leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns. The candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.





Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

Preferred:

Experience in the hospital, textile, apparel, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.

Salary:

As per company standards and experience.

Work Location:

Office-based | Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
