We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. The role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting property site visits, maintaining CRM records, and building long-term client relationships through consultative and ethical selling. This is a full time, field-based role based in BTM Layout, Bangalore.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate, builder sales, or channel partner sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling customer meetings and property site visits.
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM records.
- Customer-first mindset with high integrity and ownership.
- Comfortable working in a startup and field sales environment.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Tuesday off)

Pay: ₹580,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
