- Drive solution design and architecture decisions for cloud native and hybrid workloads focusing on scalability resilience and maintainability
- Review designs and code to ensure adherence to best practices performance benchmarks and secure coding standards
- Mentor and guide development teams establishing consistent patterns for development testing and deployment
- Azure Engineering Operations
- Design and implement Azure based components including compute storage networking and identity integrations as required by the solution
- Establish monitoring logging and alerting practices to improve observability and operational readiness
- Support production readiness activities including performance tuning incident triage and root cause analysis

Technical Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications
- 9 years of overall experience in software engineering with robust hands on expertise in
- NET and Azure
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using
- NET technologies and Azure services
- Strong understanding of application architecture performance optimization and secure development practices
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
