Job Title: Senior Executive – Production Planning

Location: Suranussi Road | Experience: 7–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Production Planning to join our rice manufacturing and export unit. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, inventory management, and coordination across departments to ensure timely execution of production schedules. Candidates with prior experience in a rice processing and export industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize capacity utilization to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials to avoid production delays.
- Track production performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports, MIS,



and analyze key performance indicators.
- Work closely with export and logistics teams to align production with shipment schedules.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Production Planning.
- Experience in a rice manufacturing and export unit will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and production planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
