Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Science Teacher to teach students of Classes VI to X. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in General Science, with the ability to teach concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in an engaging and practical manner. The candidate should be committed to fostering scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Science to students of Classes VI–X in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
- Explain scientific concepts through practical demonstrations, experiments, and real-life applications.
- Conduct laboratory activities while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Assess student learning through class tests, assignments, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, student-friendly learning environment.
- Integrate technology, digital resources, and activity-based learning into classroom instruction.
- Prepare students for school-level and inter-school science exhibitions, quizzes, and competitions.
- Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and equipment responsibly.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.




- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and academic outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline).
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/State TET qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/recognized school.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology concepts at the middle and secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct laboratory experiments safely and effectively.
- Proficiency in using Smart Boards, MS Office, and digital teaching tools.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate students and promote scientific thinking.
