The Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective buyers, conducting site visits, presenting the project, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring successful closure of property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, referrals, digital campaigns, networking, and other sales activities.
- Identify and connect with prospective customers interested in purchasing villa plots.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Regularly follow up with leads until the sale is successfully closed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, promotional events, and customer meetings.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor projects.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with experience in real estate sales are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Driving License.
- Ability to drive a four-wheeler (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
