Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Travel Executive who specializes in international flight bookings and itinerary planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience dealing directly with airlines and creating cost-effective, effective travel itineraries for clients or corporate employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end international flight bookings directly with airlines
- Design and prepare detailed travel itineraries (flights, layovers, transit, etc.)
- Provide the best routing options based on cost, time, and client preferences
- Coordinate with airlines for fare negotiations, seat availability, and special requests
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
- Stay updated on international travel rules, visa requirements, and airline policies
- Assist clients with travel queries, schedule changes, and disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and travel data




- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in international air ticketing
- Strong knowledge of global airline routes and fare structures
- Expertise in itinerary planning and travel optimization
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre – preferred)
- Good understanding of visa and travel regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent bookings

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field
- Experience in handling corporate travel accounts
- Knowledge of fare rules and ticketing policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹534,397.76 - ₹723,836.88 per year
