Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, creative, and data-backed Social Media Growth Specialist who has a proven track record of building brand presence from scratch. If you know how to crack the Instagram reel algorithm, understand the nuances of professional networking on LinkedIn, and can turn a zero-follower account into a thriving community, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities :

Scratch to Scale: Create, launch, and execute a complete social media strategy for brand accounts from day one.

Platform Mastery: Drive explosive organic reach, engagement, and follower growth specifically on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Content Creation & Ideation: Brainstorm catchy hooks, viral reel concepts, LinkedIn thought-leadership posts, and engaging carousels.

Algorithm Optimization: Stay ahead of daily algorithm changes, trending audios, and formats to maximize organic visibility.

Community Management: Engage with followers, reply to comments/DMs proactively, and build a loyal community around the brand.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (Reach, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth) and optimize the strategy based on weekly data.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:



2 to 3 years of experience managing and scaling social media handles (Agency or Startup experience is a huge plus).

Proven Track Record: Must be able to showcase a portfolio or case studies where you grew accounts organically (Instagram/LinkedIn).

Platform Expert: Deep understanding of LinkedIn (personal branding/corporate pages) and Instagram (Reels, Stories, and SEO).

Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling captions, powerful LinkedIn hooks, and engaging scripts for video content.

Basic Designing: Familiarity with tools like Canva or CapCut to quickly create or edit high-quality content.

Self-Starter: Someone who doesn't wait for instructions and takes full ownership of the brand's digital growth.
