Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication to build strong relationships.
- Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).




- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling 50+ customer calls per day.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
