- Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- Covering Performance and Goals and Succession.
- This includes consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client,s business workplace in order to achieve client expected business results.
- This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
- At least one end to end implementation of Successfactors PMGM Module.
- Knowledge in current SF version is required.
- Gather and analyze the clients business.
- Configure/design Successfactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
- Assist with preparation of training materials as well as teaching customers how to utilize Successfactors.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an added advantage
