Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries related to marine navigation and communication systems (GPS, Radar, GMDSS, VSAT)
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs to obtain technical details and quotations
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations with clients
- Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed service jobs
- Manage end-to-end service lifecycle (enquiry execution completion billing)
- Track service execution and ensure timely delivery through vendor/engineer coordination
- Collect and validate service completion reports and documentation
- Prepare billing documents and coordinate with accounts for invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, service status, and documentation
