Position: HR Executive - Manufacturing

Location: Srinagar Kanyakumari Highway, Manoharabad, Medak, 502336

Qualification: Bachelors / Diploma in Human Resources Management

Experience: 2–6 years in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing / industrial environment.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 Per Month

*Job Description:*

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Manage employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and ensure accurate HRMS (Keka) data management.

Assist in attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance documentation.

Support employee engagement initiatives and address day-to-day HR queries at the assigned location.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors for blue-collar and staff hiring requirements.

Maintain HR reports, documentation, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
