We are Hiring: GM/AGM/ Senior Manager - MIS & Reporting WFM (BFSI / BPO Mandatory)

Job Description:

Role Purpose: The MIS Leader will own the complete data-to-decision pipeline for ICCS BPO's operations and client programmes. This role is responsible for building a reliable, automated, and insight-rich MIS infrastructure that empowers Operations, Sales, Finance, and Client Management teams to act with speed and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- MIS Design & Automation: Own the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting calendar. Establish automated dashboards via Power Query, Power Pivot, and ODBC connections to eliminate manual extraction.
- Business Process Management (BPM): Map data workflows across operations, create SOPs for data processing, and maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with Lean principles.
- BFSI & Compliance Reporting: Handle critical BFSI metrics (collections roll rates, dialer metrics, insurance conversion funnels) and ensure strict compliance with regulatory reporting norms (TRAI, IRDAI, RBI).
- Sales Operations Analytics: Partner with outbound/inbound sales programs to build real-time dialer tracking, agent incentive models, and deep-dive funnel analyses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience specifically within BPO / BFSI / Contact Centre reporting environments.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Modelling, ETL, and MS Power BI.
- Domain Tools: Hands-on experience with predictive dialers (Avaya, Genesys, ClearTouch) and CRM systems.
- Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Statistics, CS, Maths) or MBA Analytics / Finance.
- Soft Skills:



Proven ability to manage a team of 36 analytical professionals and collaborate effectively with executive leadership.

Salary & Advantages:

- CTC: Fixed at ₹15,000,000 (15 Lakhs PA)
