Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell construction materials such as cement, TMT Bar, badarpur, bricks, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers
- Promote and sell products including cement, badarpur, bricks, etc.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends




- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain sales reports and customer database

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction or building materials)
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and clients (contractors/builders)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
