We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
- Review source documents for errors and inconsistencies.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and record management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or database systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data validation and quality control processes.

- Data entry accuracy rate.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
