Indus Motors is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and accurately record customer concerns.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and service costs.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and delivery timelines.
- Conduct vehicle delivery and explain the work carried out.
- Promote value-added services and genuine Maruti Suzuki parts.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.




- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to dealership processes.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
