Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Team Lead – Study Abroad Counsellor to lead our counselling team and drive student admissions for international education programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of study abroad processes, and a proven track record in admissions and team management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Study Abroad Counsellors to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and counselling quality.
- Guide students on overseas education opportunities, university selection, admission requirements, scholarships, visa processes, and career planning.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve admissions and overall team performance.
- Coordinate with universities, internal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Track applications, offer letters, visa status, and enrolment progress.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
- Resolve student escalations and provide support for complex counselling cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, counselling standards, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling or Overseas Education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a counselling team.
- Strong knowledge of admission processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Recent Zealand, Ireland, and Europe.
- Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
