The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements and crafting the best-fit cybersecurity and IT solutions. The Senior Architect (10-15 years) will lead complex solution designs and mentor junior team members, while the Junior Architect (2-5 years) will assist in solution development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the sales team to analyze client needs and create customized IT and cybersecurity solutions.

· Design technical architectures that align with industry best practices.

· Prepare solution documents, whitepapers, and presentations for client engagements.

· Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

· Research emerging technologies, competitive solutions, and market trends.

· Obtain and compare vendor product pricing, ensuring optimal cost-benefit analysis.

· Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and technical bid documentation.

· Support sales and post-sales teams in solution implementation planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

For Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect:

· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· Experience: 10-15 years in pre-sales, solution architecture,



or enterprise IT solutions.

· Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.

· Communication: Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Tools & Software: Proficiency in solution design tools like Visio, PowerPoint, and pricing tools.

For Junior Pre-Sales Solution Architect:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Experience: 2-5 years in pre-sales, IT solutions, or technical documentation.

· Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and networking.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to assess customer requirements and create proposal documents.

· Learning Orientation: Enthusiastic about working with senior architects and learning new technologies.
