ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE - REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Job Description

- Research on various legal issues pertaining to client.
- General Understanding of Global Regulatory Schemes.
- Ability to do regulatory mapping and create compliance checklists.
- Positive with Compliance principles, theories, and concepts.
- Assist in performance of risk assessment of business operations and processes.
- Comprehensive compliance management with assigned client organization through series of activities to comply with all applicable regulations and statutes.
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems of significant scope and complexity.
- Leads Compliance related projects, identifies and manages internal/external resources and agency relationships.
- To identify accountabilities for local/regional compliance program and consulting staff.
- Performing routine and non activities utilizing various compliance tools, databases and software applications.
- Performs complex analysis to identify potential compliance issues and areas of compliance requirements.
- Good in analyzing laws and regulations.
- Uploading and review of legal documents.
- Analytical understanding and interpretation of client problems and their resolution.

Qualification & Skills required

- L.LB / BA.LLB / LLM / Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant
- Excellent critical and legal reasoning skills.
- Excellent command on English, written and verbal
- Very strong focus on attention to detail.
- Should be able to effectively communicate with the internal team and external clients
- Team player with strong inter-personal skill.
