Job Summary

Spica Modular Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and result-oriented Senior Design & Sales Associate to drive residential interior sales and design consultations. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, preparing BOQs and commercial proposals, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Required Skills

- Residential Interior Design & Space Planning
- BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation
- AutoCAD and SketchUp
- CRM Tools & Sales Pipeline Management




- Commercial Negotiation & Revenue Generation
- Client Requirement Analysis & Design Consultation
- Knowledge of Modular Furniture, Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Home Interior Solutions

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- 3–6 years of experience in Residential Interior Design Sales, Home Interior Solutions, Modular Furniture Sales, or Interior Design Consulting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
