Looking after Site Civil / finishing works.

 Follow ups with contractors and their supervisors regarding site activities.

 Ensuring quality in all works.

 Ensuring timely completion of given and required tasks by contractors.

 Ensuring proper work front for different activities and co-ordination between all the

contractors/departments.

 Co-ordination with MEP team for electrical, plumbing, firefighting and other related works.

 Preparing D.P. R’s.

 Flat’s Inspection and getting the pending works/points transparent.

 Getting the snag points received from F.M Team cleared by respective contractors thus

Ensuring flat’s possession on time.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
