- Welcome and greet every customer with a warm, skilled, and friendly attitude.
- Understand the customer's requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales executive or section.
- Encourage customers to try on jewellery and assist them during the trial process.
- Ensure customers are comfortable and receive prompt assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain a pleasant and positive first impression of the showroom.
- Collect customer feedback regarding their shopping experience and share it with the management.
- Support the sales team in providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the showroom staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the customer waiting and greeting area.
- Follow company grooming standards and customer service protocols.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
