Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

- Ensure smooth induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documents.

Payroll & Compliance

- Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance (ESIC, EPFO, PT, TDS).
- Prepare compliance reports and support audits.

Employee Relations

- Address grievances and promote employee engagement.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain workplace harmony.

Performance Management

- Assist in appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
- Support managers in employee development initiatives.





Policy Implementation

- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Training & Development

- Organize skill-building workshops and compliance training.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.

✅ Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of HR compliance (ESIC, EPFO, PT, TDS, Wage Code).
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment independently.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and employee engagement skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
