What You’ll do at Copperpod

- The opportunity is to be trained to become a top-notch financial analyst to help

the Client maintain up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.

- Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reporting including P&L; and analysis.
- Continuous improvement of process and contribute to the automation of reports

etc.

- MIS for the Business units and organization.
- Executing financial processes with emphasis on quality and compliance.
- Serves as a key contact point for interpreting and investigating financial results in

assigned areas for the business team.

- This team works across Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Records to Report

(R2R), Finance Process (FPNA), Tax, and Treasury to provide best in the class industry

view, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, transformation

engagement.

- The team works on Industry Digital F&A; technologies & leading tools, automation, AI

and Analytics.

- Developing and implementing processes in accordance with the established

principles and US GAAP by mapping company requirements and working with

stakeholders.

- Innovated integration techniques to streamline functions, enhance processes, and





equip staff with the knowledge through targeted training programs, while effectively

communicating system and program upgrades.

- Created and provided top management with frequent financial reports and

dashboards that highlighted financial trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You are a good fit if you have

- 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Minimum qualification - CA Inter Group 1 or equivalent.
- Experience in financial process automation with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is also required. Good to have skills.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics365/Oracle/SAP/Tally/Quick books etc
- Experience working with an Audit firm/ MNC / F&ABPO;
- Project based accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prior experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Experience with finance modules in ERP system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Relevant experience in a finance ERP platform such as SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics.
