Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist trained in Child Psychology and ABA Therapy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children with neurodevelopmental concerns such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, speech-delay-associated concerns, behavioural issues, and emotional regulation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct child psychological assessments and developmental screening.
- Plan and deliver therapy sessions based on individual child needs.
- Implement ABA-based intervention strategies.
- Work on behaviour management, parent counselling, and skill-building programs.
- Prepare progress notes, reports, and intervention plans.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other team members.
- Guide parents with home programs and behaviour support strategies.
- Maintain ethical, skilled,



and child-friendly therapy practices.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology / Psychology.
- RCI registered.
- Training or certification in Child Psychology. (preferred)
- Formal training or working knowledge of ABA Therapy. (preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.
- Knowledge of behaviour management plans and parent training.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setup.
- Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
