- Experience in B2C will be preferred.
- Solid in cost negotiations and price finalizations.
- Good in cost estimation, preparing budgetary quotes.
- Willing to travel to customer site upon demand.
- Monitoring the sales according to set target.
- Monitoring the customer complaints and timely resolving the same.
- Support customers for service and installation.
- Monitoring the AMC contracts with all customers.
- Spares Management.
- Coordinating with government officials for legal compliance.
- Knowledge in sales activities of Weighing scale will be given preference.
- Promoting the product in various social media.
- Monitoring the enquiries from online platforms and converting the same to sales.
- Resources planning for the team.
