Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who can handle sales, marketing, and lead generation through digital platforms, especially social media. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, creative in approach, and focused on converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Identify potential clients including startups, corporates, and brands
- Initiate conversations, pitch services, and convert leads into clients
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to attract prospects
- Create and manage campaigns, ads, and promotions for lead generation
- Build and maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the creative team for campaign ideas and content
- Track, analyze, and report marketing and sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to create engaging content ideas and campaigns
- Basic understanding of branding, advertising, and business promotion
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in media, advertising, or creative industry
- Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Understanding of content marketing and audience targeting

Experience:

- 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication and marketing interest can apply)
