- Assist in conducting nutritional assessments of inpatients and outpatients.
- Support in planning and preparing therapeutic diet charts as per medical conditions.
- Participate in diet counseling sessions for patients with diabetes, hypertension, renal disorders, obesity, etc.
- Monitor patient food intake and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and kitchen staff regarding diet modifications.
- Assist in supervising food preparation and ensure hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Help in conducting nutrition awareness programs and health education sessions.
- Maintain patient diet records and prepare daily diet reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and food safety standards.
